The Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum is a global communications association comprised of a unique partnership of industry service providers and suppliers. The National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA), "the voice of rural telecommunications," is the premiere non-profit association representing more than 580 small and rural telephone cooperatives and commercial companies. The NTCA works with manufacturers, vendors, and consultants to further rural telco interests, such as the advocacy of broadband and other advanced communications infrastructure in rural communities. The NTCA then promotes these interests to Congress, the FCC, the states, the public and the press.
