With an extensive telecommunications career that spans nearly 35 years, Robert has held senior and executive positions at companies such as CCA, DSC Communications and Alcatel.
He has a rich operations and quality management background that
includes OEM product realization, post-commissioning support services, EF&I
services, technical assistance center (TAC) and customer training.
As Co-Founder and SVP of BIZPHYX, Robert oversees all TL 9000 project management, as well as e-learning and training, through BIZPHYX UNIVERSITY. Since 1998, Robert has led efforts to develop and refine the TL 9000 Requirements and Measurements Handbooks and has been a TL 9000 practitioner and trainer since 2001. Recognized by QuEST Forum as a TL 9000 expert, he is a TL 9000 Master Trainerand a Supervisory Master Trainer (SMT).
Active in QuEST Forum, Robert is the 2011 Secretary of the Global Business Excellence Group (GBE) and in 2010 was presented with the QuEST Forum COO Award. Highly skilled in multiple quality standards and processes such as TL 9000, ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 14001 and Lean Six Sigma, he has been published in numerous quality journals and is a member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ).
