BIZPHYX EXPANDS WITH A NEW TAMPA AREA OFFICE AND ANNOUNCES TL 9000 MASTER TRAINING DESIGNATION
DALLAS, February 1, 2011 –BIZPHYX, the nation’s leading TL 9000 quality management consulting firm is pleased to announce that Gale Leonard, a former process quality consultant with Verizon, has joined the Company and will lead a new office located in the Tampa, Florida area. BIZPHYX also announces that Vice President, Jennifer Simcox has achieved QuEST Forum TL 9000 Master Trainer status.
Gale has worked with employers and clients such as Verizon, Fujitsu, GTE, Lucent Technologies and IBM. She is highly skilled in TL 9000 implementation, Six Sigma (black belt training), SEI, has RAB accredited auditor and lead auditor training, and has also worked in the insurance, medical and pharma industries. Gale is a member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is the former Co-Chair of the Tampa Bay Software Process Improvement Network. Ms. Leonard will lead BIZPHYX clients through ISO 9001, TL 9000 and ISO 14001 implementation, certification and internal audits.
