Jennifer has over 18 years of telecommunications project and quality management experience with companies like MCI, Marconi and Telsource. She has been a consultant since 2000, working with clients in the education, aviation, semi-conductor, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors.
As Vice President, Jennifer operates the Mid-Atlantic office, oversees our webinar education programs and assists clients with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and TL 9000 implementations, training and internal audits. Since 1999, Jennifer has been involved in QuEST Forum, having worked with the initial development of the TL 9000 standard. Recognized by QuEST Forum as a TL 9000 expert, she is also a TL 9000 Master Trainer.
Active in QuEST Forum, Jennifer is the 2011 Secretary of the Americas Region and Chair of the New Member Sub-Team. She is a two time recipient of the QuEST Forum COO Award(2009, 2011).
Highly skilled in multiple quality standards and processes such as TL 9000, gap analysis, CMMI, Lean and Six Sigma, she is an experienced instructor and internal auditor and is a member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ).
