Kim has over 20 years of multi-unit B2B and B2C sales, marketing, operations and product management experience. She is a Master Advertising Specialist, having held several senior and executive positions, with expertise in a broad range of marketing disciplines including marcom, digital marketing, social/new media and web SEO.
She has worked in the advertising & public relations, communications, hospitality, professional services, computer, telecom and manufacturing (supply chain) industries and has served as an adjunct instructor of marketing and business operations for the DCCCD. Kim has additional senior level community affairs experience in both the nonprofit and municipal government sectors.
As CMO, she is responsible for the full breadth of BIZPHYX's corporate and global marketing activities including marketing communications, social media, websites and Web 2.0 applications such as our support desk, knowledge center, podcast channel and learning management system(s). Additionally, she authors BIZPHYX case studies, handles subject matter research & business analysis and delivers education to newly certified companies on how to market their quality certifications.
Kim assists Sue Clancy with national account development, management & supplier education and leads BIZPHYX's relationship with the National Telecommunications Cooperative (NTCA). She is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), the Institute For Supply Management (ISM) and is editor of THE STANDARD and our telecom quality blog: support.bizphyx.com.
