Sue Clancy President and CEO
Nearly a decade ago, Sue leveraged 30 years of operations and management experience and co-founded BIZPHYX. With a passion for the communications industry and quality management, she is a nationally sought-after speaker and trainer on the subject of supplier diversity. Sue shows other M/W/DVBE businesses how certifying to a quality standard, can help them compete in Fortune 500 supply chains.
This has lead to an on-going partnership with AT&T to deliver webinar-based programs that help their diverse suppliers achieve coveted TL 9000 and ISO 9001 certification. BIZPHYX is a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and under Sue's leadership, has experienced significant revenue growth and recognition.
The Women's Business Enterprise Council-Southwest nominated BIZPHYX as 2009 WBE of The Year and BIZPHYX is now the nation's leading TL 9000 training and consulting firm. Sue is very active in WBENC and QuEST Forum. She is currently the Co-Chair of QuEST Forum's Jump Start Mentor Program, which has been instrumental in educating companies about TL 9000.
With an expansive telecommunications career that spans nearly 35 years, Robert has held senior and executive positions at companies such as CCA, DSC Communications and Alcatel. He has a rich operations and quality management background that includes OEM product realization, post-commissioning support services, EF&I
services, technical assistance center (TAC), and customer training.
As Co-Founder and SVP of BIZPHYX, Robert oversees all TL 9000 project management as well as e-learning and training, through BIZPHYX UNIVERSITY. Since 1998, Robert has led efforts to develop and refine the TL 9000 Requirements and Measurements Handbooks and has been a TL 9000 practitioner and trainer since 2001. Recognized by QuEST Forum as a TL 9000 expert, he is a member of the prestigious QuEST Forum Leadership Council.
Highly skilled in multiple quality standards and processes such as TL 9000, ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 4001 and Lean Six Sigma, Robert has been published in numerous quality journals. Robert is a graduate of the University of Kansas.
Jennifer has over 18 years of telecommunications project and quality management experience with companies like MCI, Marconi and Telsource. She has been a consultant since 2000, working with clients in education, aviation, semi-conductor, manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. She assists clients with the implementation of ISO 9001 and TL 9000 quality management systems.
As Vice President, Jennifer runs the Atlanta office, develops process management tools and directs the AT&T Supplier Diversity Webinar program. Because of her commitment to service, 100% of our clients achieve their TL 9000, ISO 90011, and ISO 14001 certification. Since 1999, Jennifer has been active in QuEST Forum, having worked with the initial registrations of the TL 9000 standard. She received the 2009 QuEST Forum COO Award for her oversight of the Peer Program in the Americas Region.
Jennifer is an accomplished practitioner of gap analysis, CMMI, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. She is also an experienced instructor and internal auditor. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
BIZPHYX utilizes a national network of consultants and auditors to facilitate client projects throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. All of our project managers and trainers are highly skilled in TL 9000 and ISO 9001 quality management systems. BIZPHYX is also a QuEST Forum Sanctioned trainer.
