Timothy Woodcome serves as the Director of the Conformity Assessment Business Unit at NQA-USA, a leading global certification body. He is responsible for NQA’s ANAB-accredited TL 9000 Program.
Tim is a RABQSA certified Lead Auditor for QMS and EMS programs, a TL 9000 TIEA and an IT Service Management Auditor (itSMF),
having conducted TL 9000 audits for more than 10 years. He is also
NQA’s primary participant in the QuEST Forum with active roles in the
Oversight and IGQ Workgroups.
Tim's 15+ years of experience in
the management systems industry provides a well-rounded perspective on
the operational and business benefits of management systems

Charlie Morton serves as an EngineeringISO/TL 9000 Quality Manager for Alcatel-Lucent. He is also a contract TL 9000 auditor for a variety of certifying bodies throughout the US.
Charlie is a RABQSA certified QMS Lead Auditor, a TL 9000 / ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor and a certified TL 9000 Expert. He is also a TIEA
who actively participates in QuEST Forum conferences and workgroup
meetings and is an active Lead Auditor. He has 15 years of experience auditing quality management systems.
Charlie has 31
years of experience in the telecommunications industry. 29 years of
