BIZPHYX PRESIDENT SUE CLANCY APPOINTED TO THE 2012 QUEST FORUM EXECUTIVE BOARD AS AN EXECUTIVE CONTRIBUTOR
DALLAS, December 5, 2011 –BIZPHYX the nation's leading quality management consultancy specializing in TL 9000 training and implementation, is pleased to announce that Sue Clancy, President and CEO has been appointed to the 2012 QuEST Forum Executive Board as an Executive Contributor.
Clancy, an influential leader in telecommunications and supplier quality has been actively involved in QuEST Forum initiatives such as marketing, membership and outreach for many years. She is currently Co-Chair of the Jump Start Mentor Program and Co-Chair of the Small Business Group. Sue recently returned from Beijing, China where BIZPHYX provided TL 9000 training at the QuEST Forum APAC Best Practices Conference. QuEST Forum is the governing body over TL 9000, the telecommunications quality management standard.
In Sue’s role as Executive Contributor she hopes to elevate awareness and adoption of TL 9000, as supplier quality and innovation are critical drivers in global supply chains. She shares the role of 2012 Executive Contributor with executives from other member firms such as ADTRAN, Alcatel-Lucent, Fujitsu, Infosys and Huawei, USA. Sue is also a member of the AT&T Women Entrepreneurs’ Forum. Tim Harden, President of Supply Chain and Fleet Operations, AT&T was named Vice Chair and Chair Emeritus of the 2012 QuEST Forum Executive Board.
