Sue shows other M/W/DVBE businesses how certifying to a quality standard, can help them compete in Fortune 500 supply chains. She has delivered quality overview and supplier education sessions to nearly 1,000 small businesses and diverse suppliers.
BIZPHYX is a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and under Sue’s leadership, has experienced substantial growth. BIZPHYX is now thenation's leading TL 9000 consultancy. As a result, The Women's Business Enterprise Council-Southwest nominated BIZPHYX as 2009 WBE of The Year.
Active in QuEST Forum, she is the 2011 Co-Chair of the QuEST Forum Jump Start Mentor Program, Co-Chair of the Small Business Group and is a two time recipient of the QuEST Forum COO Award (2007, 2011). Sue is also a member of the AT&T Women Entrepreneurs' Forum and the American Society of Quality (ASQ).
