TL 103: TL 9000 Measurements for Hardware, Software and Service Organizations
Course Objectives
To provide training on the required measurements required for organizations that provide hardware, software and service. This course will enable students to verify and/or report required TL 9000 measurements to the QuEST Forum Measurements Repository System (MRS).
