The TL 9000 Measurements course is designed for CB Auditors (third party), internal auditors, management representatives, quality managers and individuals responsible for gathering and/or reporting measures for an organization.
Bob will draw from his experience as an implementer and auditor to provide participants with relevant examples of TL 9000 measurements and their application.

Course provides in-depth coverage of all TL 9000 measurements including Common, Hardware, Outage, Software and Service Learn how TL 9000 measurements are used by organizations and customers to improve performance and product reliability Students will learn how to benchmark TL 9000 measurements This in-depth 8 hour course covers all of the TL 9000 MEASUREMENTS and finishes with an examination. The examination is optional. Those passing the examination satisfy all of the auditor or QuEST Forum practitioner requirements prerequisites for the Sanctioned Auditing Course (see Class Type).
You Will Learn and Receive Required measurements, counting rules and exceptions from the TL 9000 Measurements Handbook and Product Category Tables How to read and interpret Product Category Tables How to assemble and summarize appropriate data for each reportable category How to report data using the QuEST Forum (web-based) Measurements Repository System (MRS) Receive an in-depth understanding of TL 9000 measurements and data reporting Understand how to apply the measures for your organizations scope Understand how to submit TL 9000 measurements to QuEST Forum Gain partial qualifications for becoming a QuEST Forum Recognized TL 9000 Expert (for additional qualifications go to www.tl9000.org)

Facilitated instruction with practical exercises and examples
A Certificate of Completion from QuEST Forum will be provided if you take and pass the examination.
Those who do not desire a CB Auditor (third party) training path and choose not to take the examination will receive a Certificate of Attendance for the course.
Minimum of 10 students with a maximum of 20.
