This course is designed for TL 9000 CB Auditors (third party), internal auditors, management representatives, quality managers and individuals who are responsible for verifying andmaintaining the TL 9000 certification for an organization.
Bob will help students understand how to evaluate TL 9000 clauses and measurements for conformity and effectiveness while considering specific telecommunications business environments.

TL 9000 auditing is a rigorous course that includes homework, exercises and an examination at the end. It is assumed participants already have basic audit skills and an understanding of ISO 9001, in addition to completing the required prerequisites. It is a required course for TL 9000 CB Auditors (third party). This in-depth 16 hour course, along with the required prerequisites covers all of the TL 9000 AUDITING REQUIREMENTS and finishes with an examination. The examination is optional. Those passing the examination satisfy all of the requirements to receive a Certificate of Completion required for CB Auditors (third party)--see Class Type).

Who Should Attend

•Facilitated instruction with practical exercises and examples
•A Certificate of Completion from QuEST Forum will be provided if you take and pass the examination.
•Those who do not desire a CB Auditor (third party) training path and choose not to take the examination will receive a Certificate of Attendance for the course.
Minimum of 10 students with a maximum of 20.
