Course Objectives
This course will focus on TL 9000 measurements for organizations with service "v" specializations. In this course you will learn how to read and interpret required calculations for various service measurements. You will also learn how to use product category tables in the measurements handbook to determine which measurements apply to the type of business that you are in.
Key Benefits
A major benefit of taking this course includes learning about the key changes in the Release 4.5 version of the TL 9000 Quality Management System Measurements Handbook, such as the change from Installation and Engineering Caused Outages to Support Services Caused Outages. We will clarify what this means and what product categories this will apply to.
Finally, you will learn about the changes in normalization for the Service Quality Measure in product category 7.4, Repair Services and about clarifications in the counting rules for the OTD (On Time Delivery) measurement.
